Now I have a question... what was the name of the island where all the Maori came from? is there good diving there?

The Maori are believed to have arrived in Aotearoa from the Cook islands close to 1400 years ago, the languages are similar enough that they can communicate easily.

Aotearoa?? means land of the long white cloud, although there are some slightly different translations for that.

I do not know what the cook Islanders call the cook islands in Maori though.
