Heh-heh, have been shopping for a new electric model already, the boss is wanting to change everything over to stainless, even though what we have is pretty recent. I actually attribute it to some drippings in the broiler area causing a little smoke during startup. I said stove - it’s actually a gas wall oven. And in case someone is looking over my shoulder, I never said it was anything to do with my wife’s cooking.

All the more reason to make sure we all have good working CO monitors. That’s my PSA for the day.
