Hello all, I'm trying to get into spearfishing near PCB. What's some advice to find any divebuddies/get experience as a veggies. I'm relatively new to this area thanks for any advice.

You should book a day dive with Panama City Diving. Pat Green runs different trips that are good for everyone from a beginner to expert. He & his staff are great for the best tips and learning. If you have questions,,,,they have the answers.

It does change you for sure, but not necessarily for the worse. We spent a solid 5+ years only eating protein that I shot or caught above and below water. That period ended when my wife bought a whole cow. A year later, we've nearly finished eating Siobhan, so I'll be back out there. We have a deep appreciation of where our food comes from and waste nothing.

A couple recent dinners. Yellowfin sashimi with nam jim sauce, roast wild boar and Indian-style snapper wings (a part of the fish that is normally discarded).
