I dive in a DUI drysuit, Weezle Extreme + undergarment, dry gloves, argon...it's cold. But then, the wrecks are well-preserved and there's nothing in the water that will eat you! Surface temp can get high but the bottom temps are typically in the mid- to lower-30's.
