My wife and I are new to Scubaboard but not to the sport. We've been certified since '88', and have dove:
Hawaii (Maui Ed Robinson)
Roatan
Costa Rica (Pacific Side, Coco area)
Our own North Coast of California (Mostly Salt Point Area)
Several trips out in the Channel Islands
Several dives in and around Monterey Bay
All of our Channel Island dives have been with Capt. Ted on the Spectre dating back to the Explorer Club days and we really love the crew, good food , great crew and Capt. Ted really knows his stuff. For the first time we have booked a trip on a different boat, we have a Lobster trip booked for Oct. on the Conception to San Nic so any pic's anyone may have of the boat/trips out would be much appreciated. If anyone has a trip planned in any of those area I mentioned above and wants some info let me know.
We also had a great time in Maui with Ed Robinson, excellent crew, extremely informative and competent, we originally had only two days booked but ended up doubling our diving time because they were so great. The wall on the backside of Molokini was a highlight as well as the night dive in the bowl.
Roatan was our first out of country dives and of course will always have special memories we stayed in the Bungalows over the water at Coco View resort and had almost too many spectacular dives!!!
Were into hunting, photography, and just enjoying the underwater world. That's about it for now.
