Definitely steel tanks for cold water, you can figure on using about 5 lbs of less lead. The 100s are great tanks and I am really starting to love my hp130,I can usually get two dives out of the 130. I really do not get the hype on the under fills,my steel 72s always get a full fill of 2250 psi giving me a whopping 65 cf of air,I generally get about 3200 psi cold on my high pressure tanks, which is about 120 cf on the 130 and about 90 cf+ on the 100,guess which ones get the most use.
