I'd skip that outfit.
1: Dacor is out of business, and while that may not be a problem, then again - it may.
2: you're in the UK, right? that's pretty cold water. I don't think that BC is designed as a 'cold water' BC, it has a look of a warm water design. I believe it will have trouble fitting and lifting the weight you'll need to dive cold water.

Welcome to the SB...

WAIT until you're certified before dumping a lot of money...

Are you going to be a resort-only(warm water) kind of diver??

Are you going to dive locally??

Until you are sure what you are up to save your money...:D
 
I would suggest waiting until after you're certified before buying major pieces of equipment. You don't know what you'll like yet. Get certified and rent for a bit.
 
Based on my monthly BSAC magazines (I'm a BSAC member)..
The Buddy brand of BC's seem to be very popular in the UK, i'd have a look at their offerings..
