When I was on a Sri Lanka expedition last year I noticed that one of the local dive guides was participating in a fast and thrilling tough new diving sport - they called it 'Rouf diving'!

I got a pic to show people back on the boat!

they breath very slowly. I saw this on some TV show. This is an act to show devotion to his religion. These guys will stay like that all day.They go into a trance to block out the pain and what not.
