New Sherwood wisdom 3 USB cord??

Hey all just got a new Sherwood Wisdom 3 computer and I'm wondering if you all use the use download cables? Are they worth it and can I load it to a ipad?

I've checked where I keep my regular gear and no luck but I have one more place to look. I guess I was just not that into looking at my dive profiles on the computer.
