For anyone going to Moalboal in the near future, There is a new Grill in Tongo Point. We have eaten there twice (Grand Opening and a week after the which was last night).. The food is pretty good and is managed/partially owned by someone that has been managing the restaurant of a local Dive Resort here in Tongo.. Anyway the reason I mention it is the food was cheap, beer was cold and 30PHP. If interested just turn at the sign marking Sampaguita. It is about 800 Meters from the sign(before you turn to Magic Island)..
