New Posts deja vu

Any thoughts on why my subscribed threads show threads as having new posts when they are the same as I last read them? Sometimes they even go to the same read posts (when I click "goto first unread") when a new post or two has been added.

Background:

• Monitor several vBulletin forums daily, and this is the only one that does it to me.
• Consistently experience this on various computers during the day.
• All computers using various versions of Firefox and Windows XP SP2

I second this. It seems to be a recent thing, and has been happening for at least a week or two now. Leaving the thread in a window for a minute or three seems to lessen the problem. Something about the server clock? Mine is synched to time.windows.com.
