Didn't even have to go to Simon-san* for the kits. One of the regs went to Japan though ... Intend to keep 2, maybe offer the 3rd at some point.

FTR AL just recently increased the price of their HP seats by almost 500%, prior to that obtaining individual parts to service a Conshelf cost very little😏
