Dear Sir,

Thanks for yor interest. The plan is fairly simple, 5 sailers / divers each invest
$ 100,000.00 US in a new or almost new boat. We pay cash for the boat, we use the boat as much as possible ( Diving and sailing ) and charter it to offset some of the overhead, we could move the boat around in the winter, and bring it up to the east coast in the summer. We are looking at the " Lagoon 440 " there is one for sale now
in Cape May, New Jersey with Electric Motors. Boat sleeps 8 in 4 Double Cabins. We are looking at Belize for Winter 2009Then Costa Rica, Winter 2010. This would be a " Live aboard " Dive and crusing cat. So we could go just about anywere we want. Call or E- Mail me if you have any interset
