Looking for a scuba re-certification , all-inclusive program that 's reasonably priced. leaving from phoenix Az.

You can't go wrong with El Mar in Mesa - I believe they teach both SSI or PADI. Dives are in their pool and o/w dives tyoically in San Carlos MX where they keep a boat. Or Lake Pleasant locally.

They won't oversell you on gear either - Also their tech - David Hayes - is among the best in town I live in Glendale but get my regs done there.
