Around late September/October, the water is a solid 10+ degrees warmer here in the LA area than in the early Spring. I've done dives at Redondo Beach in early Oct. where the temp. was about 68F at 70 ft. and warmer closer to the surface. It's a good place to practice and keep up your skills.Hey man,

Like I said, we Northerners just go to Socal for our warm tropical diving.
