New masks and flippers

Family of 5, vacation divers. Looking to outfit everyone with decent masks and flippers. Thanks!

Where are you located? Fins are not as hard to figure out fit online, but with masks it can sure be good to try them on -- peoples' faces can differ a lot, and you want a mask that fits well because a leaky or uncomfortable mask can largely ruin a dive.

this 100%. When I was first picking out mine, a mask would seem to fit well at first then leak within maybe 15 seconds. Annoying as hell.

I know a lot of folks bristle at "flippers" instead of "fins", but if it was good enough for Lloyd Bridges I'll bite my tongue.

At least he didn’t call masks “goggles.” He would have needed to be sent to a scuba re-education camp for that crime!

"Fins" are vertical, "flippers"/"flukes" are horizontal. What kind of malformed feet and legs are required for "fins"?
