I thank you very much......

In April Mike D has been kind enough to offer me a refresher course at the Somerville YMCA.......

Then, I will be eager to go diving/game collecting..........

Will anyone be kind enough to "show me around"?......

Looking forward in meeting you guys.....:beerchug:

You'll never have any trouble finding willing and helpful buddies on this forum! :)

Here's a good overview of the shore dives around Cape Ann:

Charter recommendations depend on the kind of diving you want to do. We've all got our favorites. ;)

Just give a holler when you're ready. :)

I second that. I've met lots of great friends and dive buddies right here.

What are most of the New England divers into?........

Put me down for wrecks and sightseeing! New England has some fantastics wrecks. Some of my favorites would be the USS Bass (RI), the U-853 (RI), Grecian (RI), Onondaga (RI/CT border) the Pinthis (MA), the Port Hunter(MA) and the Chester Poling (MA).

The rocky coasts also make for some great shore dives.

Thank you all for the warm welcome.......

I am compiling my scuba gear list and just ordered "The lobster tail taimer" video.....

I am a quick learner, I hope some of you take me "under their wing" sort of speak (at least for 1 dive)............

I promise you won't be disappointed........(they say if I don't make it in my current profession, I should open an Italian restaurant);).....

Thanks again, I hope to meet and learn from all of you........

Arrivederci.......

Hello all,
I just joined this club and would like to get into freediving spearfishing. I am an avid scuba diver and used to play waterpolo for my highschool. I am a dependable teammate and outgoing person. I am also a Bostons Sonsie veteran bartender so I can mix cocktails after a long day of diving. Ha,Ha
I am looking for a buddy diver/divers who know good spots on New England coast.
Thank you
