If I understand correctly, this'll be somewhat like Insel Air - a Caribbean airline, so you fly to another island (e.g.: Aruba) on a mainstream U.S. airline (if you're based in the U.S.; such as Delta, American Airlines, Southwest), then deal with the Caribbean airline. Hopefully it'll be more reliable. Here's a Wikipedia page on EZAir.
