New Fins With New Buckles I Can't Figure Out...

Hi folks,

I just got a whole slew of new snorkel/scuba gear including a Cressi Sub big eyes mask and some new fins which I can't figure out how to adjust. They both have the same type of buckle configuration (either you push the damn thing or pull it open). They're easy to tighten, but I can't figure out how to loosen them. Any ideas let me know. I'm braindead.

Stop by the shop you bought them from. They should be very happy to assist with your problem.

I figured it out myself. The teeth that are on the strap for adjustment purposes was stuck in the buckle so I couldn't adjust it...

Seriously, buy some spring straps. I can't believe how much easier life is with those things.

won't help too much with the mask though...

Yeah, they haven't made spring straps for the mask yet....BUT, there are the wide neoprene straps that don't pull your hair. Nearly as good as spring straps for the head, in my opinion.
