Standard bands should do fine. Custom bands can be ordered from RG Machine and Northeast Scuba Supply. Specify the manifold and tank types.

I don't get the buzz either. I get about 143 cuft in my Fabers at 3500 psi (short fill - 3800 is more like it), they are lighter (barely), and they cost less.
