Hi,

I'm a newly certified diver and I spend fall and spring semesters in Boston, Ma. I don't know any other divers so I was wondering who out there is in from in or around Mass. Also I'm flying back to Boston August 22 and spend a few days in the Cape and a few in Maine before classes start. :)

I'm in Central MA and didn't know any other divers either until I joined a club. Have yet to dive with anyone from SB yet, but I usually dive Cape Ann.

Since I'm now retired I'm more available on weekdays. I'm from Chelmsford but can meet up at Burger King on Rt 128 on Cape Ann.

Just getting back in to diving but I'm in Boston with a car and will hopefully be diving more this fall and thru winter

If you're looking to go boat diving, I'd check out Boston Scuba. They are a short walk away from Maverick on the Blue Line. Another shop to check out is East Coast Divers. East Coast organizes a bunch of diving and non diving activities in the Boston Area. If you have a car, Cape Ann is easily accessible and there are usually plenty of divers looking for buddies up there.

If you're on FB, there is an active bunch of us over on "New England Scuba Divers Group"

I just sent a request to join the FB group. I've been avoiding diving up here because I am a spoiled warm water diver, but now I'm looking for more opportunities to dive with my newly certified son.
