New Diver in Mexico Beach, FL

Hello everyone & thank you for all that you've already taught me!

I recently took the SSI OW course - currently taking their Nitrox course - probably will take their Wreck Diving, Deep Diving, and Rescue Diving courses in the near future.

Diving is something I've wanted to do for years...some dreams do come true!

Thankfully, the Mexico Beach Artificial Reef Association (Link) has done a fantastic job of establishing lots of interesting sites to dive within a few miles. This will be my lab.

Welcome! I did some work in Mexico Beach several years ago. I love that area. I was wondering if there was any diving there. Thanks for the info we'll have to plan a trip down.

BTW, I come to Atlanta frequently. Where do you go to dive there?

We go to Loch Lo Minn in TN for "local" diving. About 2 1/2 hour drive. We live in Cumming, let me know if you make it up this way.
