Update: So I am booked for the Big Island. I figure I will do scuba and also check out the other half of the island. I guess I should climb Mt Kea first unless I wait 24hrs!
Would like to get recommendations for lodging on either side of the island (Kona especially though). Not too cheap, not too pricey. Something with an nightlife or nightlife within walking distance would be great!
