I wonder if she'll run her empire from prison, or appoint one of her captains to take care of business for her while she does time? Oh, wait, that was the Saprano's. Never mind.

Although, she probably would have the nicest decorated cell in the block.

Actually, AmyJ's kids were just imitataing 'Trading Spaces'. But, I think her kids have better taste.

Since this thread has already been hijacked... Have you seen her new publication? Attached is the front cover...

One moment they are watching the nice lady on TV showing you how to stencil pretty pictures on your kitchen cupboards and then on the next channel the nice lady is being lead off to prison for insider trading.
It's a nit, but an important one... it isn't for insider trading. What she did "insider trading" wise was hardly worth pursuing beyond the initial questioning and a possible minor fine. Had she told the truth from the outset she'd never have made headlines. She was convicted of lying to investigators and obstruction of justice. The insider trading charges were never pursued. In other words, the lesson for the kids is that you can turn a minor offense into a great big one by dishonestly trying to cover it up.

Our kids were around that same age when one morning we awoke to find out that they had redeocrated the kitchen cupboards by coating them with most of a large economy size jar of vaseline followed by a liberal dousing of baby powder!

When I got married my husband's family "trashed" our house as a payback for something he had done to his brother 24 years before when he got married. The niece and nephews were part of the crew who did my house and one of them is getting married next year which means it's my turn to "decorate." It's been nearly 2 years and I still find rice in various places! They put vaseline on all door knobs, window handles, and various other metal surfaces. I like the baby powder idea but don't want something that's too hard to clean up. It took my husband and I 2.5 hours to clean up the mess they left for us.

That's a normal M-W-F cleanup at my house! :jump3:

Nixon and Clinton are perfect examples.

Obviously it was one of Hildi's designs
Boy that was a good one. ROFLMAO. Hildi would have used some hay or newspaper some other organic product to highlight the phone. I really think that she is on some really bad drugs.
This really makes me glad that I don't have, and not planning on having, any kids. I could see my $5,000 dinning room table marked or painted. I think I would move out before I killed somebody. Of course if I had kids, or was married, I couldn't have gotten the table in the first place.

Don't take this wrong, I like kids...baked with a side order of onion rings.

When my Daughter was about three years old she was in the bathroom for quite a long time one day, so I went to check if she was OK, only to discover that she was washing our brand new minolta autofocus camera in the sink with a wash cloth.

In horror I asked what she was doing and she looked up at me obviously quite proud of herself and explained that she was cleaning it .

I asked her why she was cleaning it and she said she was doing it because she loved me and wanted it to be nice for me.

That was the best $250 I ever spent on a camera and I would never trade that moment for the best camera in the world as that is a picture I will have forever....
