The Mares-Wienke RGBM is the same kind of "folded" RGBM as Suunto has had for years (Wienke spexed that one too). Check with Wienke if you like.
 
my LDS told me that the Suunto
computers use the RGBM alog. that
NAUI has adopted for the dive tables
 
The Mares implementation that I was playing with had deep stops and seemed to generate a very RGBM-y dive profile.

I don't know either way. If it is a folded Buhlman then they did a better job than Suunto....

Then how comes that the M1 RGBM instruction manual states:

Algorithm:
- 10 tissue compartments (i.e haldanean based)
- reduction of m-factors in case of repetitive dives, deeper than previous dives or multi day diving (i.e folded RGBM)
