"BondSetat:STIP$250K10% C/S" - see the Minutes PDF.
Where's he going to? Libya?
Conditions? Among others; seek full-time employment, travel restricted to the southern district fo the court, standard no firearms. Not bad. The defendant have every incentive to remain in compliance.
The $25k likely pales compared to the cost of a full-blown criminal defense. Bruce Udolf is listed as Peter's defense attorney. He most likely got all of his dollars up-front - see doc14.
Reading a few more docs will flesh out the government's initial case - see attachments to this post.
Doc12 - attached - outlines the initial schedule of events.
Doc15 - GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE TO THE STANDING DISCOVERY ORDER
Unfortunately for Peter, he has a prior felony conviction for armed robbery - see doc15/A4. This doesn't help.
The government's admonition not to export the RBs - see doc15/#5 - is interesting in light of the defendant's alleged conduct.
Of interest - EMILE VOISSEM, no bond, no arrest? Speculation?
