Interesting, I am looking for arms and joints. On a budget, but dont really want to skimp on quality, any recommnedations? Thanks

Are they pretty good quality, have you had good luck with them? Thanks

If you are talking to me, I just got them but they look first rate and for the price they are outstanding, appear strong and flex free, look fine to me.

I have a couple of OO arms & a clamp in my rig. They work great & just as I'd hoped. Are they good quality? Well I don't have anything to compare them to, but I'll say yes since I'm happy with them: they hold my YS-60 the way they are supposed to (no slipping), are light enough weight wise and seem rugged enough to last several years. Would I buy them again or recommend them to a friend? Absolutely on both counts.

Also Jack (the owner of OO) is a very helpful guy (he posts here in SB regularly) and seems totally trustworthy. If you have any doubts or questions, just shoot him an email (it's on his website the the link Nemrod posted). He's always answered my questions within a very reasonable time period.

I just ordered a tray, handle, arms, an adapter and a focus light setup from Ocean Optical. I looked at some other vendor's setups at a scuba show and choked on the price.
I had seen Jack's posts on SB so I went to his site and asked him a few questions. He was very responsive and gave me practical advice for a new UW photographer. I checked some other sites and found his prices were very reasonable.
I don't think you can be in this business and be active on the SB if your quality isn't up to par. You would be crucified.

My gear will arrive this week and I'm confident it will be just what I need.
Sorry - I didn't mean to sound like a commercial. :D
