This is the first time i have registered to this site. I have been diving as a MSDT for over 10 years now. I am always looking here but never actually posting...so here i am...
I am currently in the process of looking to buy a dive centre in Mozambique. I have lived out there for 3 years but that was 5 years ago. I am heading back there shortly with my business partner but just wanted some advice.
Has anyone done this before? I know about the general running of the place but would like some help on the legal sides of the business, in particular in regards to Mozambican taxes, legislations, employment rules, licenses for boats etc...If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be amazing...
