Hello everyone,

New Nuvair quick stick.

Faulty. See short video:


I've since gotten it replaced but keen to know what could've been the issue. To be able to fix it myself (should it happen in the future).
Nuvair said the sensor isn't faulty.

Nuvair troubleshooting tree:

It looks like the PCB clips were not fully seated.
I tried pushing the female clip onto the male prongs, but the glue prevented this.
I think this glue was supposed to ensure that the clip didn't come apart. But the clip lifted and the glue hardened preventing it from making contact.
