DAN: This Life Line made my Top 3 for DEMA. Peter WInkler explains it to me.
BTW, two companies carried it!

DEMA2010_111.JPG

DAN: It's a dual channel VHF (Ship to Shore) radio that sends out your GPS coordinates if you hit the Panic button.
There would have been no "Open Water" movie with this handy device!

NetDoc:

Thank you for your photo blog and your observations on this years DEMA Show.

Hope you have a few more pics.

Thanks Mike! Like I said, I barely got %10 with all of the other commitments I had going! My presentation on Staying Connected went over very well and lots of people wanted to follow up to garner a bit more insight.

DEMA2010_116.JPG

DAN: Abby shows that this back pack is chock FULL of all you're gonna need, short of doing a heart transplant. :D

Custom Divers has a lot of cool accessories... but check out the Safety Sausage.
It has a radar target, making it easier for you to be seen by the Coast Guard. Woot!

DEMA2010_121.JPG

Custom Divers' Safety sausage can be filled orally, by an inflator hose (no it can't lock on),
by purging a regulator or by attaching a dedicated small bottle to it.

Ocean Reef's new Neptune Mask has the lowest volume I have seen in a full face mask. Woot!

DEMA2010_128.JPG

ScubaDoRags almost sold out. They are that good and popular.
AND... if you request Dive Heart's or ScubaBoard's logo to be applied to your Scuba Do Rag,
a portion of the proceeds will go towards Dive Heart! Yay!
(Psst Jim, you probably don't need one! :D )

I think it was in the VR Technology Booth, but there is no name in my pics!
Can someone help a NetDoc out?
