ENT stands for Ear, Nose & Throat. It is a short form for the specialist to see for problems in this area. Yup, I walk straight! I only have a small amount of hearing loss in both ears. 90% of the time it doesn't bother me at all. I have trouble hearing the alarm on my watch or hearing someone speak to me in a noisy environment (load party etc). However my daughter has unilateral deafness, she is 100% deaf in her right ear. She also walks just fine. We didn't even know until she was 5 years old. She can hear perfectly out of her good ear but cannot tell which direction a sound comes from, like a car coming or someone calling her.

Hope this helps,

Eric
