Nero Wide problem

I have about 45 dives on a Nemo Wide, fresh and saltwater. This past weekend I had time for 2 freshwater dives. It operated normally while underwater. When I downloaded the dives the first one come up way off. The first 38 or so minutes of the dive look to be the actual profile; the last 17 show me bouncing from @30 feet to almost 500 feet repeatedly, at least a dozen times. The second dive was accurate. Anyone else have this issue? Is it a one time glitch, or do I need to contact Mares for service?

Can I ask you if the log in the dive computer was accurate, or was this an upload to the PC issue?

The computer read accurately, it was the upload that was the issue.

If the software you're using is the infamous Dive Organizer you may have hit another bug. I'd submit an inquiry to Mares though don't hold much hope of a response. There is also a Mares USA support phone number you can call.
