LL Bean and Landsend catalogs both have (seasonally?) Polartec socks. I use them in my drysuit boots, but you could also wear them in your neoprene booties. I forget which catalog is was, but one of them had both 100 and 200 Polartec. The good thing about Polartec is that it retains heat even when wet - and it dries quicker than wool.
