nemo download part 2

Hi all,
the sags continues, have seached the help site and have carried out all suggested ideas but still cant get IRIS2.3 to work, have adjusted the download speed on PC didnt help, followed instruction to a T and no go, when you start the downloading the reciever starts to blink red colour but then stops flashing, after some 3 or 4 minutes it comes up with the old sync error
any ideas before I throw this in the bin......gggrrrrrrrr :light: :light:

thats the issue, location at present i am in Laos, bought the item in perth aust, will be back there in a couple of weeks so will try and get the shop to get it working.
