I'm looking to purchase an analog presure gauge that is:
- small yet easily readable,
- calibrated in psi

I'm leaning towards the Sporasub mini, the Suunto CBone (really like the calibration and face on this one), or the Scubapro miniVIP.

So far havent found a good on-line shop that sells em in psi.

I realize an spg is an spg is an... but was wondering if anyone has ever seen unusual features, for example, ever seen one that incorporates a depth gauge (instead of a thermometer) in the same housing...

What is your application

just rec diving, less than 130 feet, someday maybe tech, have a mosquito but have no gauges yet

I was searching for a compact SPG and settled on the new Dacor Supreme. It is by far the thinnest of all the SPG's I could find, and the new 2002 model is of brass construction.

well i found a barely used Suunto SM26 spg, with a boot, sk5 compass, and a seaquest depth gauge for under 99 bucks.

And i think i want to use the spg alone and run the hose next to my bc'c inflator/regulator (airsource)

Not DIR - but a pretty clean arrangement that will suit me for recreational diving - the spg can be seen easily near the end of the power inflator and doesnt interfdere with operation of wither button

I think I'll still need a hand to hold on to the inflator-side second-stage regulator in a practice or real OOA situation - but I do that whether the spg is attached or not - to me the greatest "inconvenience" of the combo inflator/regulator is haveing to hold on to it when breathing off the reg.

I use have a Scubapro compact SPG. It's very small and looks alot like the Sporasub mini. The Scubapro is in PSI and despite its small size is easy to read under water because of the magnification effect of the water.

I love it because it takes my console down to practically nothing. I just carry a depth gauge in my pocket for back up and rely on my computer (wrist mounted) for depth readings. With a Suunto clip on compass and Genesis Sidekick octo/inflator, it has helped me strip down my set up considerably.

I like the Dive Rite 2759. About the same size as the ScubaPro.
