Sounds like you had a great time! I just arrived back to the states from an amazing 11 week SE Asia dive trip. I spent 5 weeks in the Philippines and dove with Alex Floro in Anilao. If anyone else is looking, or if you want to take another class. I can highly recommend him as a fantastic SCUBA instructor and he is based in Makati.
I am sure the locals will agree that he is an excellent diver. With Alex you will get much more training than you paid for. One day I joined one of his classes - I truly wish I received this quality of instruction
