Need replacement "quick release" hose for Aeris Ai dive computer

I recently sent my Aeris Ai dive computer Aeris to be "overhauled".

Now I can't find a "quick replacement hose" for the dive computer.

I have attached photos. Any advice will be appreciated.

I wonder if the Scubapro quick detachable adapter and hose would work? Something in my Sherwood Wisdom 2's quick detachable hose gave up the ghost. Of course Sherwood didn't have any available for replacement so my LDS slapped on a Scubapro adapter kit and Scubapro detachable hose.
