I'd like to get a red filter to screw into my Olympus PT-010 housing. Does anyone know where I can get one and what size and type it would be? Would it be a special filter for underwater use or will any red filter work?

You need a 67mm filter but do you really need a filter.
IMHO using Manual White Balance (if you have that capability) is just as good.
I did a comparison between a FL-B filter and Manual White Balance.

If you really need/want a filter you can get this one at B&H Photo.

Also look into the Magic Filter. It sits inside the housing attached to the camera lens. They make one for using Manual White Balance and one for using Auto White Balance. If you use the one for Auto White Balance then you will not be able to use the internal strobe while that filter is attached to the lens. If you use the one for Manual White Balance then you will have to re-calibrate the white balance between strobe and non-strobe shots. These filters were not intended to use with the internal strobe.
