I need neoprene socks to eliminate "sloshy boots". Unfortunately I wear the equivalent of a mens 6 and there are none to be found in sporting goods stores around here. Where can I find some online that aren't expensive and won't kill me on shipping?

Gidds, I have some Akona neoprene socks and another no-name brand. I bought mine at the dive shop so don't know an online source. Check out scubatoys.com and see if they've got them. Hope it helps.

Edit: I looked on their website and didn't see any but give them a call.

You can't just go around posting stuff and then editing it later. That's irresponsible ScubaBoarding.

Strange time of year to be looking for neo socks...
Once the water temps went over 50F, the socks came off.;)

I got mine on ebay from this seller, though I dont see the ones I got offered now...

Why do have you sloshy boots and how will neo socks help?

A good fitting boot is a better option. Given that, in the winter months, I wear 2mm socks in my 7mm dive boots for winter diving (diver's direct or LP has them).

I am a mutant and I already have the closest thing they make to a "good fitting boot" Due to the unnatural conformation of my feet all boots are sloshy and wearing a sock will keep them a tad warmer although not actually reduce the sloshing. Additionally I lost a lot of weight last year after I got my good, well-fitting, boots and now they are sloshy and blister me. Yes I know that sounds wierd but it's true. On top of all that I want some freediving fins and I intend to wear the socks under the full foot fin. Thanks for the site recs, now I just have to find a size smaller than 7
