Need MD for special diving ear piece

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am a long time diver with an advanced open water cert. I was living in san diego but live in LA now.

I perforated an ear drum playing a pick up game of touch football.

Who/Where do I go to find diving ear piece?
