Need link to AL v HP v LP discussion

I had a link to a very thorough review of the advantages versus disadvantages of aluminum and steel tanks. Sadly, I lost it. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Alu is cheap ( 150$ ), but floats (so you have to put extra weights even more if its in saltwater) ---- it weights a bit less than a steel tank

Steel is a bit more expensive ( 250$ divetank.com) but it doesnt float and helps you by making you go down without weights.
