Need info on reg

So i work for a apt. complex and during a eviction this person left behind some scuba gear! But i am unable to findout anything about the regulator on the front it is simply labled 4ss does anyone know who makes this ? Every thing seems to be in great shape but if i cant findout any info on it im not sure i want to try it out.

The regulator is made by Promate and is commonly private labeled for various shops and such. It is a basic un-balanced first stage with a very basic un-balanced second stage.
