Need info on Cabo San Lucas and La Paz

Hi, I'm new to this site and was hoping a few of you would be able to help me out with some information. Myself and a bunch of buddies will be diving La Paz and Cabo San Lucas for the first time, June 2004. We have our dive shops all set up and we were hoping that maybe you can give us some "must dive", dive spots in Cabo and La Paz. Also some things to do at night. We're a bunch of mid late 20's to late 30's guys from NYC and were looking for places with a party atmosphere where hopefully beautiful women also hang out at.
