While I agree with the above to replace the entire assembly from the elbow to the inflator; if you want to take a shot at rebuilding what you have, I have a diagram for an Oceanic that does not look to far removed from your power inflator. If you want a copy, PM me with an email address where you can receive PDF files and I send it to you.

Big thanks, in spite of the difference in shape and appearence, the mechanism is the same and the disassembly instruction apply.
For all those that said throw it away and buy a new one, no it can be cleaned and reused. It's just a matter of knowing how.
I refuse to throw away a valve that is only dirty. Not good for the planet.

I think that was the OP's point. He needs the diagram to rebuild it.

If he needs a schematic to disassemble, clean, and re-assemble an inflator valve, he should just get a new one.................. and then take the old one apart for the sheer thrill of it.
