Hi people, I need information, explosion drawing and disassembly instructions about this BCD power inflator valve.
Thanks.

who makes it? it may not be repairable easily enough. Just replace it, new ones are cheap

It came with a Diver-Supply Sea Elite Scout BCD.

This standard Power inflator valve is a 3/4" internal diameter corrugated hose connection.
The one I need has 1/2" internal diameter corrugated hose connection, which is even not standard and that standard valve would not fit. I would need to change the corrugated hose, the connection to the blade and the blade flange.
I've not found any "standard" Power Inflator valve with 1/2" internal diameter.

With any "luck", the elbow at the bladder is a standard fitting to the flange. If so, I'd replace with common elbow, common diameter corrugated hose, and generic inflator. Proprietary parts just make life miserable....

EM,

While I agree with the above to replace the entire assembly from the elbow to the inflator; if you want to take a shot at rebuilding what you have, I have a diagram for an Oceanic that does not look to far removed from your power inflator. If you want a copy, PM me with an email address where you can receive PDF files and I send it to you.

Edit: I will try to attach here.
