I've been doing some research on travel (light) BCDs and I can't seem to find the one that meets my needs. I exclusively dive in warm water and I travel to the Caribbean at least once a year. I occasionally dive the Carolinas. I've mainly been looking at the Seaquest Passport & Latitude XLT and Cressi-Sub Line & Aqualight R. I am not a big fan of weight integrated BCDs but then I've never used one before either. I guess I could get a weight integrated and just take the pouches out but I think this would be a waste of weight/space.

Here are my main requirements in order of importance so far:

- packs small and light
- jacket style
- good size pockets
- right bottom dump valve
- chest strap
- carrying handle
- non-weight integrated
- moderately priced

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Like I've responded to this topic recently before, I was in your boat about 2-3 months ago, had to replace my travel BC due to old age of original one, I got a Zeagle Scout....back inflate(1st ever non-jacket I had used- no problems) & cost $215.......great buy & great diving results......won't go wrong.(weights about 5.5 lbs & packs easily)......
