Need help identifying a hose (hookah, 2nd stage?)

Have this nice hose that I would like to learn more about.. possibly sell but not sure what it is or how to describe or measure the fittings... any advice? i believe its a hooka hose of some kind but not sure...

its a second stage yellow oct hose.

its described by its length and by the size of thread on the first stage end.
probably 3/8 or maybe 1/2- cant tell from the pic.

i have a measuring tape how do i measure thread?
