Need help Dive-Rite or Halcyon Pioneer?

I am new to diving and now looking for gears. I did an extensive research and decide to go for BP setup. I searched on the net for the pricing for both and came to a conclusion that I have to spend about $400-$500 to get a complete set. I have some questions and really need you guys’ help 
I searched on Leisure Pro and found that they carry Dive-Rite. My problem is: they sell things by pieces; I have to click on wing, backplate, harness, bolt kit, single mounting kit, tank trap etc… Because of lacking knowledge, I am afraid I will missed something or buy something I don’t need. Can anyone tell me exactly what I need to buy so when I got the package from UPS, I just need to put on the regulator and tank and dive.
About Halcyon Pioneer system, the price ranging from 450-500 on the net, does that mean it includes everything I need (all the nuts and bolts)? Please also direct me to some good online stores that carries these BCs

Here is my detail:
Height:168cm
Weight:100 lbs (ya I am slime)
Wetsuit: 3mm full (tropical weather)
Last time I dive, my instructor added 9 lbs on the weight belt using a regular jacket type BC (should I go for al. or SS on the backplate?)
Budge on BC : $350-$500 (saw a site selling Halcyon Pioneer 36 for $399)
P.S. I don’t want to use weight belt anymore.

What site was sellling the Pioneer for that price? Halcyon does not allow their resellers to sell below a certain price.

BTW www.covci.com sells the Oxycheq package, which includes an STA (the Pioneer does not) for $470.

No matter who you buy a Dive Rite kit from, you will have to assemble it before you can dive.

This will mean ...

- putting the harness on the backplate
- bolting on the wing and single-tank adapter
- putting the cam straps on the plate or single-tank adapter

None of this is difficult, and it comes with instructions. But they will not put it together for you. Nor should they ... it requires the wearer to make adjustments to make sure everything fits properly.

In addition to Dive Rite Express, you want to check out Northeast Scuba Supply. Give them a call, they are very helpful and can walk you through every component that you need. Their "Deluxe Harness Special" is the DiveRite Transplate, and it comes with everything you need to dive from the get go (including DiveRite's integrated weight pockets). And it's only $449. And the only thing you may want to add is a crotch stap (<$9).

Here's the components that you need:
1. Backplate
2. Wing
3. Harness
4. 2 Cam Straps (for single tanks)
5. Single Tank Adaptor (if your backplate needs an adapter to work with singles, if you switch between singles and doubles a lot, or if you like the stability of the STA)
6. Crotch strap (highly recommended, especially if you're slim)
7. Weight belt/pockets

Are you sure? Dive Rite makes a three different styles of harness ... "Standard", "Deluxe", and "TransPlate".

I bought my halcyon pioneer from 5th dimenion online and they delivered promptly and I am very happy with it.

More questions:
1 For people who are light weighted like me, is it ok to get the Halcyon Pioneer w/ 36 lb of lift? Should we just stay with 27lb?

2 If they were the same price,which one would you buy? DiveRite(w/ Transplate) or Halcyon Pioneer (w/ 27 lb or 36lb)?

3 Should I get a SS or alumium?
