Need an idea for a light glove- small hands

I have a light glove that I would love to use instead of my Goodman handle. Being female, I have rather small hands & the glove barely fits with the adjustable velcro taken all the way up.... However now the velcro will not work because I am far beyond the receiver portion of the velcro. The glove would be much more comfortable, if I can get it to fit.

This is the best one I have found so far. I have to use it at maximum adjustment but it works. I use it for back up type lights. Not sure if it would hold a canister light head.

Very similar to what I have. The light holder is a little larger to hold a 21 watt Light Monkey HID. It fits taken all the way up... However there is no way to secure it.
