Need advice on which to buy 5050 or 750

HI,

I have read the reviews about both of these cameras....both offers wonders as well as flaws ...

I am looking at one cammi that allows me to take great pic...land and U/W. Able to zoom like C750. Or unless 5050 has telezoom accessories for land usage of up to ten times. Price wise is about 200USD difference.

Please help.
